In 2010, he founded Star Powerz with just seven employees and a bold dream to create meaningful impact. With a strong foundation in finance and a passion for service, he built the company into a trusted name.

His mission has always been to extend financial access to every corner of India, and under his guidance, Star Powerz continues to grow, touching lives across the nation. His journey remains a source of motivation for the entire team, driven by a clear purpose: to empower people and transform dreams into reality.

Dedication and passion are the two traits that best define Star Powerz’s CEO, Mr. B. Venkateswara Rao, the driving force behind the company’s remarkable growth. From overseeing multiple departments to maximizing monthly business volumes, he leads from the front with hands-on involvement.

As the face of Star Powerz, he serves as a key liaison between the company and its financial partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and trust. With the responsibility of managing over 600 employees and 10,000 sourcing agents, Mr. Rao plays a pivotal role in guiding operations, strengthening relationships with banks, and steering the company toward continued success.

Rajesh Gutta

CFO

The CFO of Star Powerz is a dynamic finance leader with an MBA from Pondicherry University and a deep understanding of financial systems and strategic operations. He began his career with City Union Bank Limited, where he built a strong foundation in banking and finance.

His entrepreneurial drive led him to join Digi Loans as a founding member and CFO, where he played a key role in shaping its financial structure and growth strategy.

At Star Powerz, he oversees the company’s entire financial ecosystem while spearheading technology integration across departments, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and scalable digital transformation. His leadership continues to be instrumental in driving the company’s financial stability and innovation.
